Desc	Publishing - Each year, Mission Eurasia prints a variety of specially designed Scripture pieces in Russian, Ukrainian, and other national languages. Our SWW leaders then distribute hundreds of thousands of copies of these Scripture pieces, which include Bibles, New Testaments, Light magazine, Spark magazine, gospel booklets for children, and more, throughout Eurasia and Israel. In 2019-2020, SWW leaders and other Next Generation leaders distributed 1,709,000 copies of the following Scripture pieces in Eurasia and Israel: New Testaments including the Action Bible New Testament, Light magazine, Spark magazine, Hope magazine, Bright Hope, Jesus Storybook Bible, My First Bible, and Molitvoslov Prayer Guides. In addition, Mission Eurasia is helping to cultivate a Next Generation of Christian authors within Eurasia through our National Christian Authors Series. Through this program, we oversee the publication and distribution of titles that enable young leaders in Eurasia to present solutions to the challenges facing the evangelical church and society at large in their homeland. More specifically, SWW and NGPLI provide Next Generation leaders and young professionals with biblical wisdom, leadership training, and practical, hands-on ministry experience. In 2019-2020, Mission Eurasia trained 2,195 young leaders from 13 countries in Eurasia and Israel through SWW, and we used NGPLI to equip 14,700 young professionals in Eurasia for ministry in their workplaces and spheres of influence. Using their training, in 2019-2020, SWW leaders impacted 3.4 million hurting and unreached people all across Eurasia and Israel with the Good News of Jesus, and young professionals trained through NGPLI impacted 135,000 of their colleagues, clients, patients, and students for Christ. Desc	"I Care" Refugee Assistance Program/GIK - Mission Eurasia distributes humanitarian aid (GIK) in Ukraine and throughout Eurasia to provide holistic care for those in need. Each year, our School Without Walls (SWW) leaders, in partnership with local churches and volunteers, reach hundreds of thousands of people for Christ by bringing them desperately needed clothing, food, wheelchairs, and other items.In 2020, Mission Eurasia used our "I Care" Refugee Assistance Program to provide humanitarian aid for approximately 787,000 refugees and other people who are suffering due to the ongoing crisis in eastern Ukraine, the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and other crises. In 2020, our SWW leaders distributed 128,980 Gifts of Hope, brightly colored boxes filled with sweets, toys, school and hygiene supplies, warm mittens or socks, and a children's Bible or other Christian literature, during the Christmas season. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and reviewed in detail by the organization's top management. The reviewed Form 990 is then provided to the board of directors prior to filing with the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	All employees and board members are required to annually complete a survey regarding conflict of interests which is reviewed by the CFO/Assistant Secretary. The President reviews the CFO/Assitant Secretary's completed survey. All potential conflicts of interest are further investigated by the CFO/Assistant Secretary, who then reports findings to board of directors. Should any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed, the board member or officer would be asked to refrain from participation in any decision with regard to matters affected by the relationship.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	Line 15a - On an annual basis, the board of Mission Eurasia designates one independent board member or an outside independent party to compile information upon which it will make a determination of annual compensation for the President. This information shall include job performance and comparability with similar-sized organizations in the same metro area as the headquarters. The full board then approves the compensation, and the approval process is documented. Line 15b - The CFO/Assistant Secretary's compensation is approved by the President. Comparability data is used and the approval process is documented.
