Desc	PROGRAM - EDUCATION ACCELERATOR (Google.org)In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, INCO, in partnership with Google.org, implemented an emergency program to address the devastating impact on the education of vulnerable children. Whether they were living in poverty in Indonesia or in refugee camps in Greece, our goal was to provide these children with continuous and consistent access to quality education.For 8 months, INCO Education Accelerator supported and coached 18 NGOs to implement distance education initiatives for out-of-school children. Across 9 countries in Europe and Asia, more than 360,000 children and 20,000 teachers benefited from these initiatives.INCO US works on this project with INCO.ORG, a French nonprofit organization, and INCO&CO a French corporation within the group INCO for its expertise in impact measurement. Tarmac TX is an Austin, Texas based incubation program that offers three- and nine-months tuition free accelerator programs to entrepreneurs who leverage technology to address social and environmental issues. Through our partnership with 3M, each of our entrepreneurs receive a dedicated mentor to help them launch, grow and/or scale their mission. In 2019 and 2020, Tarmac TX narrowed the program focus to the circular economy: an industrial system that is restorative or regenerative by intention and design. In the last six years, Tarmac TX has supported 45 startups, providing hundreds of workshops, access to potential investors, and critical networking opportunities.Since its creation, the program supported a total of 45 startups and non-profit organizations, including 59% of these organizations founded by diverse entrepreneurs and 54% of them founded by at least one woman co-founder.
