| Desc | During 2021 we continued to be limited in the services that could be provided to more than 4,000 youth in Union County due to Covid-19.During the first two quarters we were limited to virtual programming with youth members.In June, July and August we were able to provide in person summer day camp experiences, including all day programs for ages 5-18, which included Summer Fun Club, Teen Leadership Camp, swim lessons and swim team. On September 1,2021, remnants of Hurricane Ida struck our area, our Union Club was flooded with over a foot of water. The ground swell pushed the pool basin up over four feet above the decking. The entire pool area must be demolished and a new Aquatics Center needs to be reconstructed, including pool, new filter/pump, locker rooms, offices,"waiting areaX and new equipment.
