Part X, Line 2:

IBCLE is exempt from the payment of income taxes in the United States on its exempt activities under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). MILCC is exempt from the payment of federal income taxes on its exempt activities pursuant to IRC Section 501(c)(3). MILCC has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under the IRC. Contributions made to MILCC are deductible by the donor for federal income tax purposes, subject to statutory limitations on charitable contributions.
