| Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 | Governing documents, all Board of Directors quarterly meeting minutes, and financial statements, including an independent CPA's audit statements, are available to the public upon any form of inquiries. Such an inquiry can be through a phone call, an email, a site visit, and websites, including social media sites. These documents are always available to all employees and volunteers on the Company Team sites throughout the year. All Board of Directors and key personnel's Conflict of Interest Policy are signed and disclosed on the Company Team sites and available to the public with a similar request as the financial documents throughout the year. |
