Work occurring to date includes three phases of the project; completion of Phase 1 - Existing Conditions Verification; Phase 2 - Design Concept Pricing; and Phase 3 - Preparation of Construction Documents. The design efforts received additional design guidelines and concepts from the Commission of Fine Arts. BBB, along with impacted disciplines, expedited the development of revised drawings to incorporate these concepts.
