NETWORK is taxed on net income from unrelated business activities. For the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, NETWORK did not generate any net income from unrelated business activities. NETWORK is required to file Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax. Returns for the years ended 2022, 2021, and 2020 are subject to examination by the IRS generally for three years after they were filed.
