Primary Exempt PurposeChildren R Future is a nonprofit- charity organization that is registered in the State of Missouri, USA. The charity has emerged from the belief that every child should live in good health and happiness. Today, our organization supports over 1500 sick, disabled, or orphaned children in rural villages in Iran, with focuses on those diagnosed with Phenylketonuria (PKU), Epidermolysis bullosa (EB), and cancer. Providing families with resources that are unavailable otherwise, Children R Future arranges special medical diets, medicine, surgeries, and medical evaluations. We assist mothers of orphans who are the sole providers for their families through high demand skills training to encourage self sufficiency. Our successes lie in the stories of the families and children assisted and we have many more plans for the future.PrimaryExemptPurposeTxt

Form And Line ReferenceFormAndLineReferenceDescExplanationExplanationTxt
Part I, Line 10The amount of $99,127 reflects direct financial assistance provided to over 500 critically ill, disabled, and orphaned children in underserved rural regions of Iran. These funds were disbursed for urgent, life-sustaining needs, including: Medical Treatments & Hospital Costs: -Surgeries, chemotherapy, prosthetics, wound care (bandages, serums), and medications for children with Phenylketonuria (PKU), Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), and cancer. -Hospital-associated expenses (e.g., specialized tests, inpatient care) for cases where families lack access to healthcare. Basic Survival Needs: -Nutritional support (PKU-specific medical diets), clothing, and emergency food aid. -Education costs for children displaced by illness or poverty. Maternal Support & Sustainability: -Skills training for mothers of orphans to foster financial self-sufficiency, as many are sole providers. All grants were distributed in alignment with our 501(c)(3) mission to alleviate suffering among vulnerable children. Funds were allocated based on verified medical/financial need, with strict documentation maintained for each recipient. Due to the remote and high-risk nature of beneficiaries (e.g., EB patients requiring sterile supplies), disbursements were prioritized for immediacy over formal grant agreements, though all expenditures were tracked and reviewed by our board. We retain detailed records (invoices, medical reports, and recipient affidavits) and welcome any further clarification.
Part I, Line 16The following expenses were necessary and directly related to our humanitarian mission of supporting refugee, orphaned, and critically ill children in crisis regions: Donations to Refugee Children: $1,000.00. Emergency aid for food, clothing, and shelter for displaced families. Return Fees: $200.00. Transaction reversals due to urgent redirection of funds. Gas: $41.34. Fuel costs for transporting. Flight Costs: $1,684.35. Airfare to travel abroad to delivers funds and medical related treatments. Phone Purchase: $981.88. Used for communications with donners, hospitals, families, and partners in high-risk regions (e.g., coordinating PKU/EB treatments where internet access is unreliable). UPS Shipping: $90.00. Website Hosting: $231.74. Maintenance of our online platform for donor outreach, child sponsorship programs, and emergency fundraising campaigns. Total Other Expenses: $4,229.31
Part V, Line 42bAs mentioned in Part 1, Line 10, the entire amount of $99,127 was transferred to Iran exclusively for humanitarian medical aid and essential support for over 500 critically ill, orphaned, and disabled children in rural underserved areas. Funds were used for life-sustaining purposes, including: Medical treatments (surgeries, chemotherapy, prosthetics, PKU/EB medications, hospital costs), Basic survival needs (nutritional support, emergency food, clothing), Education for children displaced by illness, and Maternal livelihood programs to foster self-sufficiency. All disbursements align with our 501(c)(3) mission, with documented need for each recipient. No funds were held in foreign accounts; transfers were made directly to service providers/vendors to ensure urgent aid delivery. Detailed records (invoices, medical reports) are available for review.

ExplanationWe sincerely apologize for the delayed filing of our tax return. As this is our first time filing this form personally, the delay was due to several unforeseen circumstances that were beyond our control: Bookkeepers Delay in Compiling Data Our bookkeeper took longer than anticipated to gather and organize all necessary financial records. Due to the complexity of our transactions and the volume of documentation required, the process was more time-consuming than expected. Uncertainty Regarding CPAs Request for Extension Our CPA had mentioned filing an extension on our behalf, but due to miscommunication, we were never provided with confirmation that the extension was successfully submitted. Unfortunately, we only realized the oversight when following up closer to the passed deadline. Also, given the uncertainty surrounding the extension and the urgency of filing, we made the decision to prepare and submit the return ourselves to ensure compliance, even if delayed. Throughout this process, we have acted in good faith, making every effort to meet our tax obligations. The delay was not intentional, and we have since taken steps to improve our record-keeping and communication with tax professionals to prevent similar issues in the future.ExplanationTxt
