The adoption of FIN 48 did not have an effect on Safe Horizon's financial position as of July 1, 2009 or Safe Horizon's results of operations and cash flows for the year ended June 30, 2010. Safe Horizon is no longer subject to federal or state and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2007. |
