LONG-TERM OBJECTIVES INCLUDE BLOCKING AND REVERSING THE EFFECTS OF ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCES OF ABUSE IN THE BRAIN AND IDENTIFYING INDIVIDUALS AT RISK OF DEVELOPING ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS.
