| Description | Continued operation and development of a high-quality continuing care retirement facility which provides an active and engaged lifestyle for residents in each of our care levels, i.e. independent living, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing. During our 2011 fiscal year, Harbor's Edge served over 440 residents. Due to the continued high quality of care and services provided, occupancy of our independent living community increased from 89% at the beginning of our fiscal year to approximately 91% in September 2011.
