| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 | The annual Form 990 is prepared for the Association at the time of the annual audit by the independent accounting firm hired to perform the audit. Once completed, the draft Form 990 is submitted to and reviewed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Director of Finance and Administration for accuracy. Once reviewed, the draft Form 990 is submitted to the Finance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board of Governors. The Board of Governors conducts its review, which is recorded in the minutes of the Board's meeting.
