| Explanation | The Foundation maintains guidelines for the granting of funds from each of its scholarship accounts. Each of the accounts has an account representative that is responsible for monitoring and approving all activity in the account. The account representative is also responsible for monitoring the selection process to assure that the account guidelines are followed in the selection of the scholarship recipient. Scholarship funds are then distributed to the recipient by the Office of Student Financial Aid (SFA). The Foundation then reimburses SFA for those scholarship distributed. | Explanation |
