Schedule E, Line 3 - Racially Nondiscriminatory Policy Publicized

Hume Lake Charter School had no solicitation for students due to its remote location. The nondiscrimination policy is included in the Parent/Student Handbook which is distributed to every student prior to the beginning of the school year and when/if students enroll throughout the school year they receive a Parent/Student Handbook at the time of registration/enrollment. All Hume Lake Charter School employees receive a copy of the Hume Lake Charter School Employee Handbook which also includes the nondiscrimination policy. The nondiscrimination policy is also posted in the school office bulletin board.
