IN ADDITION, WRA USES EXTERNAL COMPARABILITY DATA TO SUBSTANTIATE ITS COMPENSATION INCREASES. FOR EXAMPLE: COMPARABILITY DATA IS SOUGHT FROM THE WEB; WRA CONTACTS OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO OBTAIN COMPARABLES, AND WRA ALSO USES DATA PUBLISHED BY PUBLIC AGENCIES.
