Explanation	Income Tax Status:Pursuant to a letter of determination from the Internal Revenue Service, the Organization is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as an organization other than a private foundation under section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, the Organization qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under section 170(b)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code.The Organization accounts for tax positions in accordance with the FASB Accounting Standards Codification Topic No. 740, Income Taxes. With few exceptions, the Organization is subject to U.S. federal and state income tax examinations by tax authorities for the prior three years. Management has reviewed the Organization's tax positions and determined there were no uncertain tax positions as of December 31, 2016.
