Desc	Building Nonprofit and Rural Community Capacity Strengthen ND's cornerstone service is the workshops and programs we provide as professional development for nonprofit professionals, volunteers, and community leaders. In the fall of 2020, we received a $85,000 grant from the Otto Bremer Trust and a $74,000 grant from The Bush Foundation. These grants provide staff time to create online content modules, develop and host small and large group workshops, and organize and conduct a six-month certificate program focused on nonprofit management and administration. This work serves as a recruitment mechanism for more lucrative one-on-one engagements, which are described in the "facilitating community solutions" program.
