In the fall of 2020, we received a $85,000 grant from the Otto Bremer Trust and a $74,000 grant from The Bush Foundation. These grants provide staff time to create online content modules, develop and host small and large group workshops, and organize and conduct a six-month certificate program focused on nonprofit management and administration. This work serves as a recruitment mechanism for more lucrative one-on-one engagements, which are described in the "facilitating community solutions" program.
