Part III, Line 1a:In accordance with industry practice, the Organization's donated collection items for the museum are not capitalized and recognized as assets on the statement of financial position. Upon completion of the museum construction, the Organization will hold its collections for public exhibition, education, and research rather than for financial gain. It protects, cares for, preserves, and keeps its collections unencumbered, subject to a policy that requires proceeds from sales of these items to be used to purchase additional collection items.
Part III, Line 4:The Organization's collection items include historical skydiving-related items, which help to educate the public and promote skydiving.
Part X, Line 2:Management evaluated the organization's tax positions and concluded that its financial statements do not contain any uncertain tax positions.

Upon Museum Administrator's approval, it is forwarded to the Board of Trustees, or an approved representative of the Board of Trustees, to review the Form 990 prior to submission.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12cEach trustee and officer is required to review a copy of the conflict of interest policy, which requires each person to disclose any relationships, positions or circumstances in which he or she believes could contribute to a conflict. Following full disclosure of a possible conflict of interest, the Board of Trustees shall determine whether a conflict of interest exists and, if so the Board shall vote to authorize or reject the transaction or take any other action deemed necessary to address the conflict and protect the Museum's best interests.
