This agreement essentially provides that the executive would devote his full energy, skill and best efforts to the affairs of the Center on a substantially full time basis until normal retirement, as defined in the agreement. Upon reaching normal retirement age, the executive will receive an annual retirement benefit of $40,000 for 15 years. The executive retired in June 2017. Founded in 1926, we have nearly 800 employees providing early intervention and mental health treatment and recovery programs reaching 16,000 residents across the South Shore and Southeastern Massachusetts. Our services include outpatient clinics in Braintree, Quincy, Marshfield, Plymouth and Wareham including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We also offer services along the continuum of care including day treatment, intensive wrap-around services, residential services, and building social and job skills for adults and adolescents focused on increasing each client's independence. We are a Community Partner for MassHealth Accountable Care Organization program. In addition, we provide child and family services in the home, school, childcare center, group residence and other community settings. |
