TO ESTABLISH A HISTORICAL ITALIAN MUSEUM AND TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA'S DIVERSE HERITAGE THROUGH RESEARCH, HISTORIC PRESERVATION, EXHIBITIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT EXAMINE THE HISTORY AND CONTINUING CONTRIBUTIONS OF ITALIAN AMERICANS IN LOS ANGELES.
