Mission

Creative Spirit is devoted to normalizing neurodiversity in the workplace and in the world. Creative Spirit provides competitive integrated fair-wage employment training and coaching for individuals with disabilities at the best companies in the world helping keep them and their families out of poverty. We also train organizations in hiring retaining and managing neurodivergent talent building neurodiverse workplaces that excel in the new economy.
