THE SAVING HOPE FOUNDATION IS DETERMINED TO PUT AN END TO ANIMAL ABUSE AND NEGLECT BY ATTACKING THE OVER-POPULATION PROBLEM IN OUR COMMUNITY AND PUTTING AN EMPHASIS ON EDUCATION AND ADOPTION.
