Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE FRATERNAL AND FOR THE STUDY AND ADOPTION OF THE BEST METHODS OF PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF THE RURAL DELIVERY SERVICE: TO SEEK AND IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF ALL ITS MEMBERS AND CO-OPERATE AT ALL TIMES WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE RURAL LETTER CARRIER DELIVERY SERVICE.
