BELMONT CENTER FOR COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT ("BELMONT") IS A CONTROLLED ORGANIZATION THROUGH SOLE AEHN MEMBERSHIP. BELMONT IS LICENSED TO PROVIDE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES IN A 147 BED HOSPITAL SETTING AND COUNSELING AND PSYCHIATRIC CARE IN VARIOUS OUTPATIENT AND PARTIAL HOSPITAL SETTINGS. BELMONT HAS, AS ITS PRINCIPAL PURPOSE, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING HOSPITALS AND CLINICAL FACILITIES FOR THE STUDY, DIAGNOSIS, CARE, TREATMENT, AND REHABILITATION OF PERSONS WITH MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL DISORDERS, AND THE EDUCATION AND COUNSELING OF SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONA
