Mission
EL PRIMER PASO, LTD. MISSION IS TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE RESOURCES FOR FAMILIES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY INCLUSIVE EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS WITH A FOCUS ON DUAL-LANGUAGE LEARNERS, SUPPORT FOR AFFORDABLE CHILDCARE, AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR PARENTS.
