Programs included weekly virtual caregiver support groups, Memory Social respite events, one-on-one dementia education, caregiver wellness grants, and in-home respite services. During the year, the organization supported over 55 caregivers and families, provided more than 100 hours of respite care, distributed caregiver wellness supports, and expanded outreach efforts reaching over 10,000 individuals through community education and awareness initiatives.Desc
