Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Board of Directors is required to annually review our conflict of interest policy and sign an acknowledgment of compliance. Our Executive Director reviews every transaction and would be aware of any violations to the policy. In addition, our Board of Directors provides oversight of the Executive Director.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a and 15b	We pay our Executive Director minimum wage. This pay rate was approved by our independent Board. The Executive Director did not vote. Comparability data was not relevant to the decision. There are no other compensated officers or key employees.

Form 990, Part VIII, Line 1g.	To comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, we record in kind contributions of services and use of space free rent in our financial statements. The IRS prohibits reporting these items in the Form 990. In 2026, we had 15,000 of in kind revenue and 15,000 in corresponding expenses that are not reported in this Form 990.
