These children and their families are required to remain near the hospital for several months before the procedure and for at least three months after discharge for ongoing weekly follow-up appointments. The program covered accommodation, nutritious meals, hygiene products, transportation, and financial assistance for medical supplies for the children and their accompanying family members.
