| Mission Description | Princeton Montessori Society is comprised of Princeton Montessori School and Princeton Center Teacher Education. The Society provides Montessori Education for children from infancy through middle school, trains prospective Montessori teachers and educates parents. Founded in 1968, Princeton Montessori School is an independent, co-educational day school, dedicated to the highest quality education of children, according to the values and principles of the Montessori philosophy. PCTE, founded in 1989, is dedicated to quality Montessori teacher training. The teachers learn to nurture the child's innate abilities and self-exploration that build skills and foundation for the future. Parents are supported through educational resources and classes and encouraged to participate at the school.
