Form And Info And MaterialsApplicants should fill out an online letter of inquiry in which you provide a basic introduction to your project and organization and provide the purpose of your grant request. All applicants (new and those seeking to renew funding) must complete an online letter of inquiry. Applicants should submit letters of inquiry six to eight weeks before proposal deadlines: 11/18/11, 3/26/12, 7/20/12. If after reviewing the online letter of inquiry, the foundation determines that the project fits the funding goals, an invitation to submit a full proposal is sent via email. If an applicant receives an email requesting them to submit a full proposal, they should follow these instructions at HTTP://www.publicwelfare.org/applygrant/guidelines.aspx#full on how to submit the full proposal.FormAndInfoAndMaterials
Submission DeadlinesLetters of inquiry are examined on a regular basis. The board reviews full proposals 3 times a year.SubmissionDeadlines
Restrictions On AwardsThe public welfare foundation supports efforts to ensure fundamental rights and opportunities for people in need. We look for carefully defined points where our funds can make a difference in the bringing about systemic changes that can improve lives. We focus in three program areas: criminal justice, juvenile justice, and worker's rights.RestrictionsOnAwards
