The office manager and director of the grants program regularly review the project to make sure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and that the program is proceeding according to schedule. When approved by the Council, cash advances of up to 90% of the total award may be made to recipients of minigrants and up to 25% for grants over $4,000. Additional advances may be made on receipt of an acceptable interim financial report and cash request.
