An Executive Director/CEO committee of the Board reviews the appraisal along with independently published compensation data for comparable positions in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and determines adjustments to compensation. In addition, the Board personnel Committee in conjunction with the Board Finance Committee annually determines the dollar amount available, if any, and the framework for adjusting compensation of the other employees.
