| Description Program Service Accom | The organization organized an exhibit honoring one of Oklahoma's best known counrty musicians, Jim Halsey. The exhibit included memorabilia contributed by his family. With the donation of the Frisco Rail buiding by the City of Muskogee, the organization began a concerted effort to recognize the new home of the Hall of Fame. Pursuant to the donation, the organization received an antiquated water tower from the City of Tulsa which was moved to the Frisco Rail site, re-constructed and painted with the logo of the organiztion.
