| Description | The Organization operates the following programs:St. Paul's Management Services:St. Paul's Management Services (SPMS) provides general and administrative support to all programs within the Company.St. Paul's John A. McColl Family Health Center:St. Paul's John A. McColl Family Health Center (MHC) was completed in 1982 and consists of a 59-bed skilled nursing facility.St. Paul's Manor:St. Paul's Manor ("Manor") consists of 149 income-producing units with 69 units in the Manor section (completed in 1963) and 80 units in the Tower section (completed in 1967). The Manor provides rental housing, food services and other support services to resident seniors. The Manor is financed and operated under Section 202 of the National Housing Act. Such projects are regulated by HUD as to rent charges and operating methods. St. Paul's Villa:St. Paul's Villa ("Villa") was originally purchased in 1991. In September, 2004, the assets were transferred to St. Paul's Villa, Inc. The Company now leases the 136 income producing units from St. Paul's Villa, Inc. The Villa provides rental housing, food services and other services to resident seniors. The Villa is financed and operated under Section 232 of the National Housing Act. Such projects are regulated by HUD as to operating methods.St. Paul's Community Care Center:St. Paul's Community Care Center (the "CCC") was purchased in 1996.
