THE BOARD CONTINUES TO MONITOR SITUATIONS THAT MAY CREATE A CONFLICT AND MAKES ALL ATTEMPTS TO AVOID THESE SITUATIONS. PT VI-B LINE 15 - DOMINIC J RUSSO IS THE ONLY SALARIED OFFICER. HIS COMPEN SATION IS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD AFTER CAREFUL ANALYSIS AND COMPARISON OF COMPENSATION LEVELS WITH OTHER MINISTRIES AND PUBLIC CHARITIES. ALSO, AS STATED ABOVE, PASTOR DOMINIC RUSSO JR DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN THESE DISCUSSIONS.
