Changes to the By-Laws were made to the Identity and Selection and Reserved Powers of Corporate Members under Article IV. Changes to the Charter were made to reflect the changes in the By-Laws and to regonize that the College is authorized and approved to operate postsecondary degree programs. |

The Board of Trustees has a written contract with the President of the College, and in establishing a salary, there is an assessment of comparable president salaries. The contract is approved by the Board Trustees. Compensation for officers and key employees is based on position responsibilies and other comparable existing employees salary levels. Faculty and Program Director salary decisions are guided by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. |
