I	2	Coffee Kids monitors the use of grant funds outside the United States through the Program Department located in Oaxaca, Mexico. The program dept is the direct contact with partners. There are currently 15 partners in 4 countries. The program dept analyzes and evaluates the proposals submitted by the partners. The approval is doe in collaboration with the Executive Director upon study of the financial sustainability in the proposal as well as indicators or qualitative and quantitative development
I	2	A collaboration agreement is signed by each partner at the beginning of the fiscal year. It includes the name of the project, specifies the amount of funding, sets wire transfer dates, and requests specific reports from the partners regarding the evolution of the projects. A confirmation letter from each partner is required to confirm that the funds were received correctly and on time.
I	2	The program dept visits all partners annually and submits trip reports upon return. The visit allows CK first-hand information about the use of the funds and implementation of the projects. Partners are required to submit reports three times a year on the funded projects. The program dept maintains direct and constant communication with each partner. A Year End report is written by CK explaining how the funds were used.
