| Description | COMMUNITY SUPPORT NETWORK, INC. (CSN) IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES A FULL SPECTRUM OF DAY SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS IN THE MADISON AREA. AT CSN, OUR ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO HELP ADULTS WITH COGNITIVE DELAYS AND OFTEN OTHER DISABILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR MAIN VENUE FOR ACHIEVING THIS GOAL IS BY HELPING OUR CLIENTS FIND EMPLOYMENT. DURING 2010, CSN PROVIDED A VARIETY OF DAYTIME SERVICES TO 68 ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDED VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT, PLACEMENT, TRAINING, AND ONGOING COACHING.
