| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 | Annually, the School Head shall prepare or shall cause to be prepared Form 990 for review by both the Budget and Finance and Audit Committees. The Treasurer of the Board of Trustees shall present the completed Form 990 to the Board of Trustees at a regular meeting for review and approval. Annually, the completed and approved Form 990 shall be timely filed with the IRS and copies will be made available for public inspection according to Section III of this policy. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c | The Board of Trustees is provided with the conflict of interest policy annually at their June board meeting. They read through the policy and complete and sign the policy. All school staff also read and sign this policy.
