| Description | Continued operation and development of a very high quality continuing care retirement community which provides an active and engaged lifestyle for residents in each of our care levels, i.e. independent living, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing. During our 2010 fiscal year, which began October 1, 2009 and ended September 30, 2010, Harbor's Edge served over 440 residents. Due to the continued high quality of care provided, occupancy increased markedly during our 2010 fiscal year, beginning the year at 83% and ending at over 89%. As a consequence, Harbor's Edge has enhanced the fulfillment of its mission and charitable purpose. | Description |
