Explanation	The Organization adopted the new accounting for uncertainty in income taxes guidance on July 1, 2009. The adoption of that guidance did not result in the recognition of any unrecognized tax benefits and the Organization has no unrecognized tax benefits at June 30, 2010. The Organization's U.S. Federal information returns prior to fiscal year 2006 are closed and management continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings. If the Organization had unrelated business income taxes, it would recognize interest and penalties associated with any tax matters as part of the income tax provision and include accrued interest and penalties with the related tax liability in the statement of financial position. Form 990, Part III, line 2	New Program Services	CSSD - Court Supported Services is a contracted initiative between SCSI and Court Supported Services where CSSD contract with SCSI to have a sole clinicians run a CSSD initiative at SCSI. LCSW interfaces with Court, Judges, Bail commissioner, probation and doc at identifying offenders with apparent MH/SA disorders and attempts to keep from incarceration. LCSW provides clinical assessment, individual therapy, case management services and group therapy - Start NOW groups (gender specific) - caseload is approximately 25 Federal Probation - SCSI responded to an RFP and was the recipient of a contract via United States Federal Probation to assess and afford treatment recommendations to individuals who have committed a federal offense and whom is deemed by the judge and/or federal PO as potentially in need of a MH / SA assessment / tx.
