THE BOOKKEEPER FOR PARKVIEW COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, MAINTAINS AND RECONCILES THE BOOKS AND RECORDS OF THIS ORGANIZATION. AFTER THE YEAR IS COMPLETED, THE BOOKKEEPER SENDS THE NECESSARY RECORDS TO THE OUTSIDE CPA FIRM TO PREPARE THE FORM 990. UPON COMPLETION THE BOOKKEEPER FIRST REVIEWS THE RETURN, THEN THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REVIEWS, THEN THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DISTRIBUTES TO THE ENTIRE BOARD FOR COMMENTS AND POSSIBLE CORRECTIONS. ONCE THE ENTIRE BOARD IS SATISFIED THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SIGNS AND MAILS THE TAX FORMS.
