| Explanation | The Organization is recognized as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida and has been granted recognition as a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and is exempt from federal income taxes on related income pursuant to Section 501(a) of the IRC. Accordingly, no income tax liability or provision for income taxes is reflected in the financial statements. As of December 31, 2009, the Organization elected to adopt the guidance for uncertainty in income taxes as defined in FASB ASC 740-10-65-1. The Organization records a liability for uncertain tax positions when it is probable that a loss has been incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. As of December 31, 2010, the Organization has not recognized any respective liability for unrecognized tax benefits as it has no known tax positions that would subject the Organization to any material income tax exposure. A reconciliation of the beginning and ending amount of unrecognized tax benefits is not included, nor is there any interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in the statements of activities as there are no unrecognized tax benefits. | Explanation |

Reviews are performed every twelve months. A performance evaluation is completed by the executive committee and compensation approved by board of trustees.
