Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	In April 2005, the Organization reported a 10,000 expense to establish a fund with the Community Foundation of Tompkins County. This fund is available to the Organization, jointly with the Community Foundation, to grant to other parties/organizations, and for the Organization to use for its own expenses as needed. Given these characteristics, it was determined that it would be more appropriate to include this fund as an asset on the balance sheet. The adjustment of 17,531 represents the balance of the fund at April 1, 2020 when the decision was made to include the fund in net assets. This amount represents the original 10,000 originally classified as a grant paid, along with all accumulated interest income.
