| Description | Productions - Each year, over 750,000 patrons visit Ford's Theatre. During FY 2011 FTS mainstage productions were Sabrina Fair, A Christmas Carol, The Carpetbagger's Children, and Liberty Smith, a world premiere musical. These shows entertained nearly 60,000 local, national, and international patrons. The One Destiny performances, Keckly and McDevitt Tours engage over 26,000 patrons interested in learning of the tragic event occurring April 14, 1865 at Ford's Theatre; tracing the steps surrounding the investigation of Lincoln's assasination; and discovering the friendship forged between First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln and her, freed from slavery, dressmaker, Elizabeth Keckly. | Description |
