OPERATION CARE GIVER PROVIDES KITS (15 ITEMS OF BASIC HYGIENE AND COMFORT) TO US TROOPS "FAR FROM THE FLAGPOLE" (FOB'S, FOP'S COP'S, MOBILE HUMVEE BASES, ETC.)
