Description	1. Hospital Support Organization clinical training programs at Kijabe & nazareth hospitals located in Kenya. Currently, 210 trainees in 1-2 week mentored clinical blocks to care for HIV & TB -infected clients. This is an on-going program. The government of Kenya has asked for 3,000 to be trained. 2. 1,000 children received clubfoot correction at the CURE Bethany crippled Children's Center and this is an ongoing curative program. 3. Covered start up costs for a new maternity at Kijabe Naivasha Maternity. 150 deliveries during 2011. Maternity is now self-supporting and delivering 50 babies per month. 4. Kijabe Naivasha Clinic seeing 25,000 clients per year lacked continuous power, purchased a back-up electricity generator. One time program. 5. 250 books shipped to Zambia and Tanzania for clinical education. Possible recurring need.	Description

Also provided 100% of community support budget which equated to 6,163 patient encounters for 2011. 2. Partnered with Hope Medical Center laboratory to create a basic lab & hygiene clinic that serves over 40,000 clients per year. 3. Renovated Nkhoma Hospital Laboratory which has 45,000 outpatients and 17,000 inpatients annually. The project was on-going at end of 2011. 4. Purchased medications to serve 6,440 patients at the Ekwendeni Hospital. 5. Provide 50% of operating budget for Kindle Orphan Outreach at Katawa Clinic. The clinic served 14, 533 clients in 2011.
