| Facts And Circumstances Test | 10 Facts and Circumstances Test Part II line 17a or 17b THIS ORGANIZATION MEETS THE 10 FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES TEST FOR 2011 ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS THE ORGANIZATION EXCEEDS THE 10 SUPPORT TEST AS REFLECTED ON 2011 SCH A PART II LINE 14 THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATED AS TO ATTRACT NEW AND ADDITIONAL PUBLIC SUPPORT ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS THE ORGANIZATIONS FOUNDERS INITIALLY ATTEMPTED TO RAISE PUBLIC SUPPORT WHILE LIVING IN BRAZIL AS MISSIONARIES WHEN EFFORTS TO RAISE ADEQUATE PUBLIC SUPPORT THROUGH INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS FAILED THEY MOVED BACK TO THE UNITED STATES AFTER RELOCATING TO THE US THE ORGANIZATIONS FOUNDERS WERE ABLE TO SOLICIT SPEAKING INVITATIONS AT VARIOUS CHURCHES THESE SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS ALLOW THE MINISTRY TO SHARE ABOUT THE NATURE OF THE MINISTRY AND WHAT THE MINISTRY IS ACCOMPLISHING OVERSEAS AT EACH CHURCH AN OFFERING IS CUSTOMARY AFTER EACH SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT IN ADDITION INDIVIDUAL CHURCH MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO CONSIDER BECOMING MONTHLY FINANCIAL SUPPORTERS ALSO THE MINISTRY HAS BEGUN DEVELOPMENT OF A WEBSITE TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF THE MINISTRY AND TO SOLICIT FINANCIAL SUPPORT PARTNERS THE MINISTRY HAS ALSO DEVELOPED A FREE MAGAZINE WHICH WILL HIGHLIGHT TO CURRENT AND POTENTIAL DONORS WHAT THE MINISTRY HAS ACCOMPLISHED FROM INCEPTION AND WILL PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR RECIPIENTS WHO WISH TO DONATE OVER 20000 OF ADDITIONAL PUBLIC SUPPORT WAS RAISED IN THE FIRST YEAR OF THE MAGAZINES CIRCULATION FUTURE ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED INCLUDE A PARTNERS BANQUET AND PUBLIC FESTIVALS HELD IN THE US WHERE MINISTRY WILL TAKE PLACE IN ADDITION TO INVITATIONS TO DONATE IN ADDITION TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENT THE ORGANIZATION NOTES ADDITIONAL PERTINENT FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES TO BE CONSIDERED IN DETERMINING THAT THE ORGANIZATION IS PUBLICLY SUPPORTED REGARDING THE ORGANZIATIONS PERCENTAGE OF PUBLIC SUPPORT THE MINISTRY NOTES THAT THEIR PUBLIC SUPPORT PERCENTAGE FOR THE FIVE YEAR PERIOD ENDING IN 2011 IS 2477 WHICH IS SUBSTANTIALLY ABOVE THE MINIMUM 10 REQUIREMENT REGARDING THE MINISTRYS REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNING BODY THE ORGANIZATIONS GOVERNING BODY IS MADE UP OF FOUR MEMBERS ALL MEMBERS ARE MINISTERS AND ARE CONSIDERED TO HAVE SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE IN THE PARTICULAR FIELD OR DISCIPLINE IN WHICH THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATING WHICH IS CHRISTIAN MINISTRY ALL BOARD MEMBERS ARE LICENSED ANDOR ORDAINED MINISTERS WITH MINISTRY EXPERIENCE RANGING FROM 8 TO 31 YEARS SEVERAL OF WHOM ATTENDED A BIBLICAL SEMINARY OR A MINISTERIAL TRAINING SCHOOL REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES THE ORGANIZATION GENERALLY PROVIDES SERVICES DIRECTLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON A CONTINUING BASIS THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY ACTIVITIES ARE FOREIGN MINISTRY CRUSADES AND CHURCH SERVICES WHICH ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC EACH YEAR TENS ANDOR HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF INDIVIDUALS ARE REACHED BY THIS ORGANIZATION SINCE INCEPTION IN 2004 THE ORGANIZATION HAS MINISTERED TO OVER 650000 INDIVIDUALS | FactsAndCircumstancesTest |
