CURRENTLY THEIR ARE OVER 80 PARTICIPATING VENUES.PUBLIC ART - THE ORGANIZATION SERVES AS THE AGENCY CONSULTANT ON THE PUBLIC ART INITIATIVE FOR FRESNO CITY AND COUNTY AND HELPS TO DEVELOP GUIDELINES AND ADMINISTER THE COMMUNITY ART POLICIES. THE ORGANIZATION ADMINISTERS EXHIBITIONS ON THE 1ST AND 2ND FLOORS OF THE FRESNO CITY HALL AND OTHER PUBLIC SPACES UTILIZING VALLEY ARTISTS AS CHOSEN BY A PEER PANEL.SOCIAL NETWORK FOR THE ARTS - THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS AND UPDATES A LIST OF OVER 1,800 E-MAIL ADDRESS (AND OVER 2,000 MAILING ADDRESSES) FOR COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION OF CURRENT ARTS AND CULTURAL INFORMATION ON A REGULAR BASIS. WWW.FRESNOARTS.NET WAS ORIGINALLY CREATED TO ENGAGE ARTISTS, ARTS ORGANIZATIONS AND ARTS ENTHUSIASTS TO LEARN, DISCUSS AND CONNECT WITH ONE ANOTHER.
